I have seen a couple of times people complaining about the damaged bags at Changi Airport. I myself experienced recently of the above. My husband got the handle broken after receiving the bag.. And myself got the bag's wheel broken after getting my bag. And I have seen the staff at the airport throwing our bags without care. Such disgusting service.
