I ordered a ring from Alex and Ani and within 2 weeks the amethyst stone had fallen out. Very surprised to see this happen- very disappointing. I called Alex and Ani and had an excellent conversation with a service rep. They have promised a replacement ring. Fingers crossed. Have had wonderful service from this company in the past. User's recommendation: Always call and be polite it gets you a lot further.
