Damaged my furniture and flooring

The first time they came they had a malfunction with the equipment where it would spray solution and not extract the solution. It took days and days snd days for my couch and rug to dry. . The second time they came they redid the rug but it look the same after it dried maybe a little worse. Ok i gave them one more chance. I preferred a refund so I could call someone else. I on good faith gave them one more chance and they leaked water all over my kitchen floor. For 15 minutes. They asked me for a mop almost expecting me to do it myself. They claim it was an equipment failure. I asked for them to stop. They really wanted to keep going and lord knows what else could of happened. The customer service manager hung up on mr and the two technicians left without even a goodbye. Plus they must of wasted 3 hours of runni g my water non stop the whole time they set up the equioment prepare the room by pondering about the work to be done. The worst customer servive manager ever. He actually yelled at me and kind of scared me putting me on the defensive. Took no , none , zilch responsibility. Issued still needs to be resolved. We will see.
