I have been a faithful customer of firestone since 2013. I always come to firestone for all of the service for my cars. Couple weeks ago, I came to firestone to change the oil. My car has about 43,000 miles. Since that day, my car started sound different, and the sound got worse and worsen. Today I had to bring my car to my uncle who was a machenic for about 30 years, and already retired. He said that whoever change the oil for my car last time, broke the oil filter part, so the oil has been leaking out of my car. And there is a very little tiny amount of oil in my car. If I didnt fix that on time, I would have to spend a fortune to fix my car or just throw it away?!?!!! Also, my car has been getting worse and worse since the day I bought the car ( Toyota Camry 43,000 miles now) Eventhough I have been changing the synthetics oil every 5000 miles, changed coolant.... I did whatever the firestone company recommended me. However, the performance of my car has been declining a lot. Today, I feel like my car is just being bought again after my uncle just changed the oil for me, and changed the broken filter oil part. I do not trust firestone any more and will never use any of its services any more. Firestone should be out of business because it can not handle its employees who are inexperienced and liers. So that, your employees stop damaging peoples cars. I know it is not completely your fault, but since you can not do your part well, you do not deserve your customers trust and faithfulness. I will never ever comeback to any of your 5000 store in any city or any states in the country. Even you offer free oil change for me, I still wouldnt come. I have been very faithful to you, and you make me very disappointed and very angry.
