Hi I am in the process of taking handover of my apartment in Damac Celesta property. I have signed the handover agreement and after that I was told that since I have offer by Damac for 10% ROI so someone from Rental team will contact us. Me and my partner tried hard by calling and sending emails to Damac that if someone can contact us to discuss rental agreement but they are not listening. Very slow in response everytime they called a new person came and we have to explain them from start the whole story. Can you help in this since their customer service is worst. Regards, Shary
