I moved to Gatesville, TX in July of 2018 where there is a Dairy Queen location that has been one of the worst locations I have ever been concerning service and quality of the product. I have lived in Texas my whole life, and always been an avid customer of this establishment and rarely been disappointed in the product. The employee's do not take your order at the speaker where the menu is even though it works, rather they make you pull up to take your order at the window where you may have to wait 10 minutes or more just to place an order. The service is very slow and I have never received an order of food or ice cream that has been made to the quality that I am used to from other locations. The service and quality of the product has not gotten any better since we have lived here for a year, and I often tell people who come to visit us not to go to the establishment for these reasons. As a fan of the product, I would really like to see some changes made to this location so my family and I can actually start ordering there regularly.
