Customer Service Sucks

I have the Roxio VHS to DVD3 plus and the product key will not work. I have called for 4 days and 6 phone calls. and I never get a straight answer. The India call center tells me I cant talk directly with tech support. They will relay a message and within 24hrs I will receive an email.Nothing happened. Then they said they will call me in a few min.. Nothing happened.. Get the same 24 hr BS every time.WORST Support I have ever dealt with in my life I would never recommend anything from Corel Corp. I really cant see why they are still in business. Why cant they simply have a tech support number.
