Jessica at the service register was rude and yelling. I don't know if she is having a bad day but her disposition me to tell her to *** She was yelling at someone over my head also saying he can do everything that i can do, he can do it. I was in Customer service for 15 yrs....and hers literally sucks. User's recommendation: Use another western union service other than Flying J when Jessica is working in Altoona Iowa by I80.
