Customer service NEEDS more training!

CNAC needs more training on dealing with customers. My husband and I are good customers and pay our vehicle on time. They’re have been once were we were late but because of late direct deposit. My husband recently received a call from them asking him to call them back. I called them because my husband works and I am a stay at home wife. I’ve have many times paid the car note with my card and they have so politely have taken my payment. But when I chose to speak to them about an issue they will not speak to me because Im not on the loan papers. Okay I understand so my husband who has a speech impediment who I have told them in the past a couple of times and my husband had authorized me his wife to speak on his behalf. Now, unfortunately this has been a big issue for us. Recently I called because they so desperately needed to speak to my husband and he was at work. So, I called and they refused to converse with me about the problem they were having. Our payment is not due til this coming week. So, Again I asked and she refused and said they need for my husband to call them and that they couldn’t speak to me. This is my second complaint about CNAC. They must! And I repeat MUST fix their attitude and take some much need customer service classes.
