Customer service is appaling. You cannot call and they do not respond to emails. Stay away from this company

Update by user Mar 11, 2020 Subsequently to this review Headspace refunded me the full amount taken. Pleased with the outcome. Original review posted by user Feb 10, 2020 Tried to contact someone to cancel the subscription that was taken via automatic renewal (was not aware this would happen as never received an email). Impossible to contact someone directly as can only email. They have not responded to any of my emails. I just received acknowledgments they received the emails but nothing is done after that. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company
