Customer service for my México Telmex account

I tried to go to the local Telmex office in PV, Jalisco to put a pause on my Telmex account. Both times that I went to pause my service, the office was closed even though it said it would be open at that time. I went to Plaza Caracol, Puerto Vallarta, my service telephone is 322 221 **** US 510 828**** User's recommendation: Learn Spanish, because their English support is terrible.
