I needed assistance with a deposit that did not appear in my account. HR told me to contact Paychex, and they said they can't help. Even though they manage the funds and do the deposits. They just said the bank should reject the deposit and I needed to contact HR. What's the purpose of outsourcing your payroll if they are incapable or unwilling to discuss the issues we have with their handling of it?
