After a few years of frustration every time I called Customer Service - long waits and representatives around the world for whom English was not a primary language, I switched to Quartz in December of 2020. I am getting billed for after I switched. 6 calls and 2 letters without a response. United Healthcare has contracted a collection agency for $94 rather that reply to me. was directly charged to my credit card, I disputed the User's recommendation: NEVER sign up with them.
