They lack general knowledge of their product/services/promos—inconsistent and misinform customer/subscribers. They are a complete waste of time, your complaints are not resolved even after several calls. Increase subscription fee without informing the subscriber, if you request for a monthly digital statement or bill to be sent via email, they tell you to check your account via online. Too much hassle for on the subscriber's part, when everything else is at the tip of your fingers—-you tell me this! To make things worse, you finding out that despite paying (auto debited to my bank account)the premium package not all channels were made available...found out after getting a brochure from the kiosk...sat down and surfed all channels to check. That's just simply infuriating. I have decided to cancel my account after 5 years as i no longer am satisfied with their services. I have Netflix and Etisalat Triple play... will just upgrade my package to get the other channels. And they are very transparent with statements what you pay is what you get. Monthly statements are sent and Also SMS payment reminders are sent. Even paying can be done in less than 5 mins if done online. That's what customer service is all about. OSN learn from Etisalat.
