Customer issue at store

Two of your employees had very rude responce towards me when i went in to return an item i purchased for granddaughters xmas gift. I lost my reciept nd do not believe that is just cause to be talked to in such a loud nd rude manner by Rob nd Zena at the blkstone store,my transaction was denied, I am a paying customer nd didnt deserve such foul treatments by your employees...neither did my daughter when she went in after seeing how upset i was walking out of that store. I feel like i was discriminated against by those two people...whom obviously dont know how to keep personal opinions out of theyre customer service job theyve been hired to conduct. An apology would not be enough to clear the air of how badly i was treated. I believe i should be treated as anyone else.
