Customer care and Technical Support

2

A 5820 Tower Workstation was shipped without a boot SSD drive. The invoice includes the SSD as well as a 2 TB storage drive to replace a 250 GB 2.5" storage drive. When Customer Care was notified of the missing SSD they transferred me to Technical Support which advised me that it was CC. After exchanging numerous emails I asked to correspond with a manager. Instead I was connected to a senior advisor. Like is subordinate, he maintained that the SSD was not part of the purchase even after I sent him a copy of the invoice that included it and the packing slip that did not. Do I have to sue Dell for a $49.99 SSD? User's recommendation: Buy HP.
