Criterion Refridgerator

I bought a Criterion Refridgerator from Menards and it stopped working a few months later it needs a part but I can't reach anyone who can tell me where to buy the part I need.I paid $700.00 for this refridgerator and I know the part that is needed but I can't find out where to order from. I need help now! I am very unhappy with this purchase.Please answer with a resolution.
