I purchased 6 items from RoseWholesale on November 25th, 2015. It is now February 18th and I received only 4 items. Things which did arrive were of a poor quality, but pretty nice looking. So I contacted customer service and asked about the rest part of my order. They have agreed that it was all their fault, they are sincerely sorry and they would refund me. After saying it, they completely shut down all communications and disappeared. They actually admitted their mistake, but in the end they just run away like coward. Very unprofessional.
