COVID Complaint

Since, the virus hit us I have been to Red Robin 4 times. I have visited Vancouver Mall on 2 occasions, Cascade Station in Portland once and Battle Ground Wa once. Although I am happy to report that Portland and Vancouver Mall locations were following safe practices, I am extremely dismayed that Battle Ground is not. The first time I went to Vancouver Mall location my sister and I sat outside on the patio and tables were spaced apart from each other. The next time I went to Vancouver Mall with my husband, who is recovering from a stroke, we sat inside at a table next to the emergency exit. The tables were adorned with signs and balloons indicating the safe distance locations. At the Cascade Station we were asked to wait outside until a table was ready and my sister and I were seated at a safe distance from other diners. A group of 6 was seated at a table, but they were not close to us. I went to Battle Ground location on Friday the 13th, and the lobby was not too full on the way in, however the person seating us had a mask on that was below his nose. All tables were filled and the 2 booths had a plexiglass portion between them. There was no mention of QR codes and touchless payment, as the usual machine that doesnt work unless server swipes card was used, and no paper was in machine for a receipt. I will not be going back to that location until the virus is over. User's recommendation: Go to one of the locations that are operating in a safe manner.
