So Stubhub has decided, Sukhinder Cassidy the President, to keep your money for cancelled events due to Covid 19. That is BS and they don't really care if that is unacceptable to us! User's recommendation: Do not use STUBHUB or better just take your money and toss it out the window on the freeway.
