I m a regular customer of Hindustan Times Newspaper service. I have taken a subscription of your Rs.699 scheme from last year i.e., 2014. I gave a cheque of Rs.699 to our regular vendor in the month of FEBRUARY, 2015 even though my old period of this scheme is going on. He also agreed that by submitting the payment before the end of your current period is not a problem. But my point is, now its July, 2015 but i haven't received my coupons of the subscription period 2015-16 yet. My old period of above mentioned scheme has already end. I made constant complaints to your HT executor and customer care officer but not getting any positive response. They are saying that they haven't received my cheque but i have already given. if u haven't received my payment and i have given it, so where has my payment gone. Kindly arrange my coupons and supply it to me as soon as possible. If u are not able to overcome this situation then kindly arrange to cancel the above mentioned subscription and send my cheque back or if it is possible then renew my cheque or give my old cheque back to me and i will issue you a new cheque.
