Copyfraud, intimidation, unfair and deceptive trade practices

2

https://media.wizards.com/2016/downloads/DND/SRD-OGL_V5.1.pdf is the "OGL" "SRD" which lists what WOTC claims to own under copyright. Among the things claimed are things such as ideas, environments, and computational formula which they not only do not have copy right for, but cannot by law have copywrite placed on them Subject to this claim, they issue fraudulent cease and desist orders to private persons and media platforms demanding content be removed under copywrite infringement and harass them with threats of suit if they dont comply They meet all 3 qualifications for "unfair trade" and 3 qualifications for "deceptive trade" as outlined in Fair Trade laws. And to top it off, they were issued a cease and desist in 2008 or so by fantasy grounds because they flat stole graphic images from fantasygrounds and posted it on their own content. User's recommendation: The rules- mechanics, classes, spells, monster statblocks-- thats all stuff that cannot be copywritten. Check the copywriteoffice.gov and stop buying their content cuz everything you need is public domain, the only thing they own is art and artistic descriptions.
