I ate at Chuck E. Cheese This past Saturday night July 20th 2019. After eating I went home and went to bed. Around 4 am I woke up with intense abdominal pain. I went to use the bathroom and have had bloody diarrhea ever since and A terrible migraine. I went to the ER Monday and they informed me that si had indeed gotten the food poisoning from what I ingested at Chuck E. Cheese. I was send home with meds only to return again for even more blood being present in my stool and the pain levels increasing. Upon reexaminations I was informed that the viral infection has now become a bacterial infection in my colon which I will need to take antibiotics for. I am planing on informing the health department in regards to this incident. I have all of my hospital paperwork however I would like to have a call from your corporate office beforehand. This is the second message I have left. Hopefully I get a response within the next 24hrs.
