Continued problems with reception requiring frequent rebooting of equipment.

This is the 6th time I've had problems with CCI not including the inability to sync my E-mail with Outlook. The webmail is terrible. For some reason the company seems to reduce the bandwidth to or from the modem. Rebooting helps occasionally. Often the system is not fully restored until the next day. Several times we were told we were not set up properly, a call was made and our reception was clear for a couple of months. It would seem as though the equipment reduces your reception to the lowest level a customer will put up with. User's recommendation: Avoid CCI.
