Continued charges without authorization

Even though I have moved my website to another service provider, Yahoo Small Business continues to bill me. They are NOT hosting my website. I have talked with Customer Support, and they assure me they will no longer bill me, but they can't seem to get their act together and do anything they promise. So, we shall see. User's recommendation: Find another web host provider. You get what you pay for.
