Confirm and schedule moving help already paid for

Booked 2 separate companies for two different locations to help load/unload a 26 foot uhaul through the uhaul website. I never received anything in a form of a receipt for paying for the movers. Uhaul only included the uhaul reservation on the confirmation but my. Account was already billed for the movers. Called uhaul to find out why I have not received a phone call for the movers to schedule a time to meet yet as I want to get the to uhaul place before they do and want then to be there before we load the whole freaking truck as well. Uhaul told me they have nothing to do with the moving company. To go to there website. There is a phone number as well but it dirrectly references the website and gives no option to connect to a live person or even an automated system at all. Have no clue how to even get a refund unless I challenge the payment threw my bank. I will never use this company again uhaul included User's recommendation: Don't waste your time not worth the stress or loss of money.
