I have sent 4 emails and called still nothing done on my bowflex xtl. I have bought 2 bowflex 's in 15 years. The original and for past 7 years I have the xtl. My 2 50 lb rods snapped on half towards the mid bottom. They have life time warranty. And now after 7 years I ask them to be replaced and you never respond. So now what? Do I go to social media or news stations. Why are you not responding and replacing my two 50lb rods? Robin l Meredith User's recommendation: Don't buy they never uphold there warranty.
