Complete scam and horrible “customer service”

My husband totaled our car a couple of months back. Once we jumped through all of the hoops they demanded of us for the claim, they denied the claim nearly two months later. The car is TOTALED. The "warranty" cost us $506. If they aren't going to cover the remaining amount of $476.49 that was left for them to cover, then I want my $506 back in "warranty" that I bought that they made me pay in the first place. The whole company is a scam, the customer service is horrible (Marissa), and if a dealership even offers this company to you as the GAP insurance, I'd get up and leave and buy a car somewhere else as they are obviously fine with working arm in arm with a shady company who doesn't mind stealing from customers. It's a horrible company that I hope gets shut down soon. I wish I could give less than 1 star of some of the ratings listed below. Complete SCAM!!!
