Complaint for lack of customer support

I've had my solar panels since December 2016 and despite numerous attempts to get someone to come to my home to do a wellness examination on the solar panels and boxes on the outside of my home (broken small antenna), and to ascertain if the energy use/repurpose is being handled properly as I have had some recent huge energy bills from El Paso Electric Company and I'd like to know why I was being charged so much and if perhaps my energy was being siphoned. Please get back to me as soon as possible so we can schedule an examination of my system very soon. Thank you.
