Hi Team, I need to report the issue I faced with one of your customer support agent Neha Shrivastava Date : 29th Dec 2018 11:30 IST Reseller id:- ​285199 I made a call on 29th Dec 2018 at regarding domain forwarding and the agent started explaining thing in as i explained her that do not speak in tech language let me know in simple language what need to be done, agent told to get in touch with the developer they will sort it out. So at this point of time i had to ask for a supervisor of a senior person but was denied saying there is no one available and after asking for them she went and told what needs to be done. However after the 1st issue when asked of other issue the agent place the call on mute with no answer, was on mute for 45 mins and than the call was disconnecteed, the overall call went for 1hr 30mins of which was on IVR for 25mins. Appalling service from reseller club.
