Petronas Bandar Baru Bercham (IPOH) 2 JUNE 2019 (Sunday), Around 4pm I'm writing this to complaint about a staff who behave very rude to a customer. Around 4pm I came petronas to withdrawl money. Before i made a withdrawal, i saw a indian man was trying to withdrawl money from ATM but unfortunately, his card has been stucked in the machine. That man called a malay staff (girl) for help. That girl also was helping him by explaning how to get back his card. Suddenly, there was a bangla guy came out. I had noticed his name from name tag. His name is SALIM. That bangla guy started to shout to the malay girl who helping the man. He behave so rude. He blackmail the girl that he will cut off her salary if she helps any of the customer. He behave so rude to the indian man too. If he is a supervisor there, is that he can be rude to anyone? This is not first time. Actually its a second time I'm sawing that he behaving like this. First time i saw he behave so rude to a indian lady. I dont know what kind of service is this. Before you gave him a supervisor pose, you should train him HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER. This is so ridiculous. I hope the boss will train him as much as possible and this is won't be repeated. Thank you
