Have bought numerous Workx items and love them all.........UNTIL they came out with Command Feed. Called to complain, was given "reset" instructions for the weed wacker. That was worthless. Every time I push to Command Feed button the string just knots up and I spend 10 minutes untangling it and waste 2 feet of string. Calling AGAIN to see what they will do for me. Why would they go backwards from automatic feed to make us push a button to release more string??? Seems to be all they have now. User's recommendation: Don't buy products with command feed from Workx.
