Original review posted by user Mar 23, 2021 I bought the Genie TLC Bras and got the special offer for 6 bras. I got a 40 C/D size and wanted to go up a cup size. On their return label it has a checkbox option for exchange or credit. I called the company like it suggested on the instructions about an exchange to a bigger size, and they would not honor what the customer instruction label was saying I could do. They want to give me a $10.00 credit, keep the bras I do have and reorder even though the customer instructions said I could get an exchange. User's recommendation: DO NOT order unless you are absolutly sure of your size in this bra brand.
