Company will not return my 5 in 1 back to me

For Christmas my kids got me the 5 in Weather station it did not work so I send to you with the address that was on warranty papers I still have not got it back yet and I can not get anyone there to call me I am old not good at this so please call me User's recommendation: Do not buy there prouduct.
