Company could not fulfil order

I placed an order on 4/22 and got no confirmation. I emailed on 4/22 and got a reply saying that I would receive my order by 5/1. Still nothing on 5/8. With difficulty I got in touch with someone at the company that confirmed that could not fill my order because of no product. This whole while I got ZERO communication from them. Only a refund after waiting 3 weeks for something to arrive. What a waste of my time! They #1 should not take an order that they cannot fill and #2 not charge customers until items ship and #3 at least let customers know of the problems/delays and offer choice to wait or get a refund. They have lost my business for good and I will let others know about their lousy service... User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere!
