I am a satisfied customer and purchase both the medium salsa and the 'scoops'. I am wondering if you can package the salsa in something other glass jars? Plastic is not an option, obviously, but perhaps another degradeable product is available. My other suggestion is to market the 'scoops' in a salt-reduced version. There are many people with health issues that must consume salt reduced versions and this would allow them to enjoy these snacks. Thank you
