I have lived in the apartment complex at the grove deer valley for almost 7 months and have dealt with a cockroach issue the entire time. The management has failed to follow through on getting my apartment properly fumigated and now wanted me to take the time and energy to go through the process again with no remorse . They have also known the main issue was the tenant below me and had failed to take care of that issue as well. This living situation is unsuitable to be paying almost 1,000$ a month!
