just don't !! no words. I helped my grown daughter and review COBRA options - she is in a job that she cannot sit on the phone but is actually working. We decided to go with a different option. They charged her account on 2/5 and it is now 2/27 and still working to get her money back after 7 phone calls each over 38 minutes - 2 were longer than 45 minutes, 4 promise of the money being deposited back into the account within 48 hours, we found out yesterday the money was given to her FORMER employer on 2/5 ????? so now we get to go deal with a former employer.. That makes sooo much sense, right ? - One manager sounded so knowledgeable and gave the complete wrong information. Today the manager I spoke with was VERY good, actually stayed on the phone until we got the former employer on the phone and explained the situation. However this call was a 53 minute call. We are hopeful the former employer will issue the check. Just unreal,
