A closing appointment was set for 09:00 at my home. A mobile notary service was supposed to arrive to sign all the closing paperwork. No one arrived. User's recommendation: Don’t use this service.

》 They were nice enough when they wanted my business, but once it closed, nothing. They promised to refund my full appraisal at closing and that never happened. They do not return calls or emails.
