I thought I was crazy until I just read they did the same thing to someone else. They closed my credit card! First they send a letter out saying they decreased by balance by $100 then a FEW days later not even a week I receive another letter saying they closed my account! I called and guys being a complete *** keeps saying it’s because of some report they got from my credit and because I haven’t made any purchases!!! Are you serious! Both was a complete lie. And I recently go to shop the bogo free clearance every item gets cancelled off the order! What the *** was the point of haven’t that event if you have nothing in stock. Stupid! I’m done with torrid! FORREAL! And I’m gonna complain on every site possible to gain as much people attention as possible. I don’t know what is happening to this company.
