Closed but still left auto-draft on my credit card account to charge me

The YouFit at 9675 West Camelback Road closed down in March due to the pandemic, but they still charged me via an auto-draft on my credit card for the last 4 months. Now, they send out a letter in early July, but was dated June 1, 2020 telling they are never going to reopen that location but have sold/given my contract to Crunch Fitness. I did not authorize that nor was I informed ahead of time. Additionally, the Crunch location is closed and neither company, (YouFit nor Crunch) are answering their phones nor returning emails...YET I'M STILL BEING CHARGED!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
