Clay cooley suzuki dallas

I was financing a 2007 ford taures from them and within the first week their was a problem with the transmission I was stranded in grapevine and had to tow mt car home, I complained about the problem since this was within the first week they towed the car from my house in fort worth back to their arlington dealership. In the meantime they put me in an identical car as a loaner until my car was serviced and that car had transmission problem so they put me in a third car. I was stranded in dallas a couple of months later sure to the clamps on the battery not being the right size and the starter going out I had to get a tow from dallas back to fort worth I paid for the starter cause those do go out. Then again at night on my way home the transmission goes out again I have to get a tow from arlington to fort worth I have the receipts for all clay cooley picks their car up from my house and says they will look at the vehicle. The service manager in dallas says they are putting a rebuilt transmission in the car but when I call the service rep at the arlington dealership gary he says they (the dallas dealer) isn't going to pay for it and I must replace the transmission myself. I've worked for several car dealerships I was internet manager at one in arlington and every dealership is supposed to do a safety inspection on a vehicle before it's fit tip drive on the road. It's my opinion that they are buying cars with problems doing very little our just enough to get customers to be able to drive off the lot and then within a week our month our two the true problems with these vehicle becomes apparent and then the customers are left their having to fix the problems. I spoke with a manager hanna at the dallas dealership and she insisted that I signed a piece of paper so I bought it as is, which is exactly my point. Then she asked why didn't I but a car from another dealership implying that my credit want good enough which had nothing to do with the complaint or why my vehicle was in their service department to begin with. They are unethical, rude and by far the worst dealership I have ever been to and I worked in three myself and know what goes on there. Moral of this story I'm not spending one more dollar of my money on their junk car, all mt payments have been on time but they can repo it, stay clear of this dealership.
