I bought the 24 (maybe 36) can cooler it is the tall oval bag cooler. The zipper is too hard for me to open and close. I have really bad arthritis in my hands. I can't get any use out of this cooler. The 2 times I used the cooler liked how it kept my ice and didn't leak. I have another Ozark trail cooler with a hard top with a latch and I love that one. How can you help me with this one.
