I would like to first say thank you for taking this complaint in! It's been so Frustrating when I think that I've completed all my bills with the toll tag and then something new comes into the mail saying that it is either my first notice of non-payment or my third notice as non-payment. I don't ever get a notice of PAYMENT ever. I received a first notice of non-payment of $83 from a charge from February 2021 I just made a payment in July 2021 of the same amount when I spoke to the person on the phone about my bill she noticed that I was up-to-date and I paid all my tolls. I finally go through the toll sometime this month in August and I just got a first notice of non-payment from zipcash that TEXpress is charging me from February 2021 to May 2021. I was told from the person on the phone that at one point and PTA gave us a free ride during the month of February due to them working on a few issues. Now they are charging us for those right that is completely unfair for them to tell us it is going to be free while they work on their issues and then they turn around months later and charges for those rights. It is not free if you're going to charge us later down the line. It is unfair that we have these $10 late fees for each invoice when sometimes we don't even get the NOTICE Of a PAYMENT.
