Zillow is disrupting ALL of our communication

We've been paying customers for 10+ years and have found that our premier status has disappeared. Zillow's phone system no longer recognizes our phone number so won't accept our calls. We've sent MANY emails with no response. We have a new listing that has incorrect information on it and we haven't received any response at all. We called the number it offers and it was a computer referral to someone looking to forward me to a preferred agent in my area. EXTREMELY DISTRESSING!! User's recommendation: Avoid.
