Update by user May 29, 2021 No contacts by CarFax !!Seems carfax has no responsibility towards customer or timely accuracy of carfax report.No more trust on carfax reports... they are allowing dealers & mechanics to lie with individual customers. Now when selling the car, carfax is showing an accident on May-2014 (3 months prior of my buying). @CARFAXinc is saying they have NO warranty covers. #notrustCarFaxNo C User's recommendation: Never use CarFax if they can't warranty their report.
