I ordered a Optimus Hiker+ stove from them $153 and it was advertised as new. I got the stove and it was used and broken. I tried numerous times to contact there customer service, but no luck. They do not publish a phone number so i sent detailed emails but absolutely no response. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE - YOU WILL NOT LIKE THE EXPERIENCE. Why would a large internet sales company not provide a phone number, because they do not want to talk to you. They do not care . They just want your money. They have a cheap price but you get what you pay for. Run the other way and pay more and be happy. I would not give you two cents for them.
