Zara’s customer care services are very poor . Their calling is not available and chat services are evn worse by luck if u find someone on chat to help u , they will just close the chat .
Since a few days Im trying to login to my zara account but Im not able to do so so I tried contacting Zaras helpline but the calling is not available so I tried chatting with them and while chatting I had to wait for quite long minutes to get a response and if I was even a 30 seconds late to respond to them the chat used to close so what is the use of having such a chat system for helping your customers I think this is useless moreover the only person I found after chatting with around like five people who would help me the chat closed when she tried to help me so I am just so pissed off I need them to contact me and resolve my problem contact me or tell me what to do User's recommendation: Please be careful with what u do on zara acoount coz one mistake and u have to create a new account.
