I called to check on my order since I did not receive an email confirmations Spoke to Daysa who placed me on hold for Six minutes, she then advised she had no Information, other than the same tracking Number I felt she did not try to resolve my problem Called back spoke to another your lady who was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable She discovered why I didnt get my email She corrected my problem and was able to Provide additional tracking info I cannot remember her name However she was excellent D User's recommendation: Pray you get a good agrnt.
