I have been working with someone since last year and then nothing. I finally got a response and was told the person I was talking with was gone and I had to start over with my problem. Now I was ready to solve the problem and now nothing. No response. Silence. Why does the communication or should I say lack of communication such a problem with your company. This should have been taken care of a long time ago.
